Workshop on Collective Quantum Operations for Information Technologies

From November 18th to 20th the EU FP7 project COQUIT will organize its first workshop in Hannover, Germany.

The main objective of the COQUIT project is the development of new theoretical methods for addressing physical limitations on quantum information technologies. The workshop will address several aspects of this topic, such as:

  • Quantum computational complexity and quantum simulation
  • Classical simulation of complex quantum systems
  • Fermionic many-body systems
  • Group theory and quantum control
  • Decoherence and errors in quantum systems
